Does it really work without internet?
Yes. The handbook text, the question bank and all 12 languages are bundled inside the app when you install it. After that download there is nothing else to fetch, so every feature works in flight mode.
What is free and what costs money?
Reading the complete handbook is free, along with the Daily Lesson, 5-Minute Study, search, bookmarks and all 12 languages.

I bought Full Access and got a new phone. What now?

Are the practice questions the real test questions?
No — the actual test questions are confidential and are not published by anyone. The practice test follows the official format: 20 questions, five mandatory questions on Australian values and a 75% pass mark, all drawn from the same source material the real test is based on.
